We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic shipments.

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We proudly ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these shipments are exclusively handled by USPS.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@comfytwillshorts.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or immediately upon receipt for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. export restrictions or sanctions. We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any location at our discretion.
